DELAYS DUE TO VESSEL RE-ROUTING AROUND RED SEA/SUEZ CANAL

Our container which was due to leave China around 10 January 2024 and arrive in the UK around 9 February 2024 has been delayed.  Our shipment was delayed due to the late arrival of our vessel, it eventually departed from China on 30 January 2024.  Due to all carriers boycotting the Red Sea and Suez Canal, vessels have been re-routed around the Cape of Good Hope which adds at least 10 days transit time.   We expect our container to arrive in the UK on 12 March 2024.  Normally, customs clearance and transport to our warehouse takes between five to seven days.  We then need to cold steam, sleeve and seal the shuttlecock tubes which will be another three days.

We are currently out of stock of Tournament grade shuttlecocks in all speeds.  We are able to offer alternative grades.  For example, customers normally purchasing 25 dozen Tournament grade pay £407.50, we can offer 22 dozen Championship grade for the same total of £407.50.  Please note that you will need to call 0191 491 5502 to obtain this special price.  This temporary offer is not available on our website.

We can assure you that we do not have a shortage of shuttlecocks from our China factory.  The current shortage is a direct result of the shipment problems with the Red Sea and Suez Canal re-routing.  Our apologies for the inconvenience but this is totally outside of our control.
